What is the free HTML to PDF tool by AsaanWeb?

AsaanWeb HTML to PDF turns a web page into a PDF you can email or archive, which is how you save an online invoice or a booking confirmation as a document. It runs in your browser, so the page is never uploaded. See the all 37 free tools by AsaanWeb.

Why does AsaanWeb say it cannot read my page?

Most likely a cross-origin block: the site refuses to be read by another page. Paste the page HTML into the AsaanWeb tool instead of the URL, and it will render from what you supplied. Related: all 37 free tools by AsaanWeb.
