Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AsaanWeb, a product of Dusky Solution based in Karachi, Pakistan. We've written them to be clear and fair — please read them carefully.

Important: By using AsaanWeb, you agree to these Terms. If you're using AsaanWeb on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AsaanWeb ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). AsaanWeb is a product of Dusky Solution, registered in Pakistan. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. Services Description

AsaanWeb provides an AI-powered website building platform that enables users to create, customize, and publish websites. Services include: static website creation, e-commerce store setup, portfolio building, AI content generation, domain registration assistance, SEO tools, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Notify us immediately at hello@asaanweb.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) create websites containing illegal content under Pakistani law, UAE law, or applicable international law; (b) distribute malware, spam, or phishing content; (c) infringe intellectual property rights; (d) engage in hate speech, discrimination, or harassment; (e) violate any applicable local, national, or international laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using AsaanWeb. By using the Platform, you grant AsaanWeb a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the service. The AsaanWeb brand, logo, platform code, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of Dusky Solution. You may export your website code at any time.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise. Payments processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Stripe are subject to their respective terms. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. 7. Service Availability & SLA

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for production websites. Planned maintenance is communicated 24 hours in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding 4 hours, affected paid customers may receive service credits. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services, internet infrastructure, or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AsaanWeb and Dusky Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, under the rules of the Pakistan Centre for International Dispute Resolution (PCIDR).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account before the effective date.
